Reservations

All spa appointments are recommended to be reserved in advance and treatments are subject to availability. To schedule an appointment at Harlow you will need to provide a valid credit card number to secure your reservation.

Harlow is open daily, by appointment only. To inquire about availability and to make an appointment, please call (716) 954-4862.

Arrival

Please plan to arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows you time to park your car, check-in at the Spa reception desk, complete your health form and change for your treatment. Robes and slippers available upon request.

Arriving late will cheat you of precious minutes of your service as we complete each experience on time so that the next client will not be delayed.

For your safety, and the safety of our providers, a brief COVID-19 screening will be performed by our receptionist at check-in. Masks are required at all times in common areas, and the Harlow Spa complies with state and federal health regulation.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or modify your individual appointment, we require 48 hours notice to avoid a 50% cancelation fee. Within 12 hours will result in 100% of treatment total billed to the credit card provided. Also, please note that late arrivals may result in the cancellation or shortening the length of treatment, to avoid inconveniences to other guests. Full treatment fee will be applied.

Gift Certificates

Curtiss Hotel gift certificates are the perfect gift for anyone! Available in person or online, they may always be used at the Harlow Spa at The Curtiss Hotel.

Gratuities

Gratuity is not included in any of our treatment prices. Should you wish to leave a tip we can provide an envelope, or simply add it to your bill.

Hotel Guests

Hotel Guests have complimentary use of our gym and hot spring area from 3pm day of arrival until 11am on departure date. All spa guests are able to utilize the hot spring area of the Curtiss Hotel, when available, within an hour of treatment. Facilities are not guaranteed during regular maintenance and cleaning periods.
